My story

About

After ten years in the insurance industry, I chose to pursue a new path, passionately retraining as a teacher. Becoming a teacher was a profoundly fulfilling stage of my life… until illness turned my world upside down.

Since 2022, I have been living with a neurofunctional disorder (NFD). I tried to continue working for a year, but my health gradually deteriorated. I then had to put away my teacher's kit – a difficult time, both physically and emotionally.

Assignment

It was during this period of transition that writing became a refuge, a necessity. This blog was born from this desire to share, to put words to what I experience daily, and perhaps to offer some support to those going through similar trials.

Vision

I am also an active member of the CAP TNF association, a group that reached out to me when I needed it most. Today, through this blog, I want to "pay it forward": to offer a space for information, personal stories, and solidarity, and to raise awareness of this essential association for all those who might need it.

Thank you for your visit, and above all: take care of yourselves. 💙
